Day 1 – Buenos Aires
Arrival in Buenos Aires, reception at the international airport and private transfer to the hotel.
In the evening, you will enjoy and interactive dinner.

Argentine Experience unique dinner party’s concept is to teach you the fundamentals of what being an Argentine is all about, whilst simply having more fun than is available anywhere else. Learn how to close your own empanada using the ‘repulge’ technique, to order steak your way in Spanish, to prepare your own ‘mate’ drink.

This is not a cooking class, but a unique dining experience, where guests participate in the closing of their empanadas, the novelty empanada competition, constructing their own alfajores and preparing their own mate. All the gourmet ingredients and steaks are prepared by a highly skilled team of chefs. You will receive the recipes for everything, so you can recreate The Argentine Experience for friends and family at home.

THE WINE COCKTAIL EXPERIENCE

Why not start your night one hour earlier and join us for the Wine Cocktail Experience? Awaken your senses as you delve into the nuances of Argentina’s world-renowned wines. Next, unlock your inner mixologist and learn how to make three wine-based cocktails, before being let loose to try your hand at making your own. Of course no wine-based fun is complete without food, so enjoy our selection of homemade tapas chosen to perfectly complement each and every drink.

Day 2 – Buenos Aires

The must-see route includes different unique spots. We will visit important squares such as De Mayo and The National Congress; avenues such as Corrientes, De Mayo, 9 de Julio; neighborhoods with history like La Boca, San Telmo, sumptuous like Palermo and Recoleta, modern like Puerto Madero; parks, commercial and financial areas, etc. But that’s not all, during the tour we will get to Santa Fe Avenue, where we will discover the story of Carlos Jauregui and the fight for the rights of the LGBT + community in Argentina.

The finishing touch to this exclusive visit will be a visit to one of the most emblematic buildings in the city. The Colón Theater keeps secrets in every corner and to live the experience of a Guided Tour is to know a portion of its history of more than one hundred years at the service of Argentine and world culture. By touring the Hall, the Main Foyer, the Busts Gallery and the Golden Room, visitors can absorb amazing details about the architecture, the staircases, its sculptures or stained glass.

Optional: Breakfast, Brunch or Snack in a fun and colorful space called “Straight-friendly”. The place of inspiration and meeting, is characterized by its delicious cuisine and a large library of artists, authors and LGBT themes to buy or simply read while tasting a coffee.

FUNNY ARGENTINIAN TRADITIONAL CUISINE COOKING CLASS. PRIVATE COOKING CLASS AND PRIVATE TRANSFER. SALÚ is the first table and cooking club in Argentina. It is a space dedicated to promoting and celebrating the flavors and culinary traditions of Argentine cuisine and also the rituals around your table. The space has a collective of talented and innovative chefs. All of them committed to the search and revaluation of local and quality products, managing to bring the kitchen closer to the people and the people to the kitchen in a place of meeting, enjoyment, learning and exchange.

Cooking class + Lunch or Dinner

Dynamics of the experience: Guests will be received (Noon) with mate or tereré (hot or cold herb infusion) and chipá (Cheese bread) or a table of regional cheeses and sourdough breads (afternoon / evening). Guests will be teached all about the tradition to serve this traditional infusion. Then, together with the chef, we cook some typical dishes of Argentine cuisine. The menu is accompanied by wines from our country.

Starter: Humita (Corn cakes) / meat empanaditas + fresh tomato sauce.

Main: Lentil stew + Creole sauce (meatless option for vegetarians). Light option SPRING / SUMMER: “Ojo de bife” (Soft beef cut) schnitzel + potato spanish style “Tortilla” and mixed salad.

Dessert: pancakes with dulce de leche.

Drinks: mineral water with and soda “Agua de las Misiones” + option homemade lemonade.

Day 3 – Buenos Aires

EL DESCANSO ISLAND – A PLACE THAT FUSION ART AND NATURE IN AN INTIMATE PLACE LOCATED IN THE PARANÁ RIVER DELTA. SHARED SERVICE WITH PRIVATE TRANSFER TO PIER.

Isla El Descanso is located on one of the banks of the Sarmiento River, 20 minutes from the Fluvial Station of the Port of Tigre and the Puerto de Frutos (Fruits port). It is a garden where landscaping, outdoor art and nature come together to reveal the best representation of the Paraná Delta in Tigre, Argentina. It is a memorable experience that promises moments of relaxation and delight in an environment of immense natural, artistic and gastronomic diversity.

The tour of its various natural and design gardens arranged between streams, bridges and canals create a landscaped space for a unique experience of admiration and introspection in all seasons of the year. With the arrival of each season, the display of magnificent colors and perfumes reveal the beauty of nature in all its splendor. However, what truly captures the attention of visitors even more are the works of renowned contemporary Argentine artists such as Julio Le Parc, Pablo Reinoso, Bastón Díaz, Carlos Gallardo, Marie Orensanz, Vivianne Duchini, Pablo Curatella Manes and the late José Fioravanti that harmoniously complement the beauty of the garden.

The proposal includes a three-course lunch, served in one of the most beautiful corners of the island to give a touch of intimacy and romance.

Isla El Descanso is open to the public from Monday to Friday every season of the year, each season being a unique experience to explore different landscapes that make up an extensive garden, inviting introspection. It is a day of up to 8 hours, returning at 5.30 pm from Monday to Friday.

Shared service: Includes boat transfer Tigre Pier-Island-Tigre Pier, breakfast or reception, three-course lunch, tea service, one-hour guided walk and use of the pool (+ towels), includes private transfer from the hotel to the pier.

ROJO TANGO, DINNER SHOW WITH PRIVATE TRANSFERS

Love, passion, madness and glamour in a story that ends up becoming a legend… Located inside the exclusive and impressive Hotel Faena, Rojo Tango is a fascinating proposal that conquers all the senses, combining sounds, aromas, colors, movement and flavors. Wrapped in red velvet, there are the most select dancers and tango musicians from Argentina together with first-rate international cuisine to provide a unique enjoyment.

Pick up at the hotel at approximately 7:30 p.m., dinner at 8:30 p.m., show at 10:15 p.m., return to the hotel at approximately 11:45 p.m.

From its fiery political origins to the modern context in which Buenos Aires has become one of the world’s most exciting cities for street art, you’ll get an in-depth view into what makes this fascinating city explode with culture and creativity.

3- PRIVATE TANGO LESSON AND VISIT TO A MILONGA QUEER.
You could complete your experience with a 1 hour tango lesson in a comfortable studio with your professional dance instructor at the Tango capital of the world. During the lesson you are going to learn the basic steps to dance tango at the dance floor, the embrace, how to walk, the basic step, the “ocho” and more moves.

4- DISCOVER THE ARCHITECTURE AND PALACES IN BUENOS AIRES. PRIVATE SERVICE WITH GUIDE.
On this three-hour tour, visit the most renowned palaces of Buenos Aires and learn their particular stories. With their very different and unique styles, each corner of the palaces tells a whole new story of the view you are taking in, and will bring you back to that specific time. This tour is about all the neighborhoods of Argentina, but it is also one in itself. The main theme is the “Belle Epoque” with its architecture, economic situation, and social reality combined with the role of Argentina in the world at the time and the influence of the French aesthetics in Argentina’s bourgeois during the first and second World War and the process of the building of the palaces.

Day 5 – Buenos Aires – Salta

SALTA CITY TOUR WITH MAAM MUSEUM – PRIVATE SERVICE WITH GUIDE.

A tour around the places of greater attractive of the city: The Cathedral (1855) where Gral. Güemes, patriotic hero, rests; Cultural Center America, Historical Museum of the North (Town Council) with exhibitions of sacred art and rooms dedicated to old traditional families of Salta, “San Francisco” Church and, “San Bernardo” Convent, and the monument to General Güemes. We ascend to “San Bernardo” Hill to enjoy the panoramic view of the city. After a visit to “Batalla de Salta” Monument (Battle of Salta) – and “20 de Febrero” Park (February 20th Park), we go towards the outskirts and visit a summer village called “San Lorenzo”, characterized by the subtropical microclimate and lastly a visit the Artisan Market where craftsmen of the entire province expose their original crafts.

During the city toyur, you will also be able to get into the renowned MAAM (High Mountain Archaeology Museum).

The High Mountain Archeology Museum’s main purpose is to protect the archaeological finding called Los Niños del Llullaillaco, which it achieves through a very modern cryopreservation system; and at the same time, study and disseminate this culture. In addition, more than a hundred objects are exhibited, many of them exquisite miniatures, which accompanied them on this journey to meet the ancestors and the gods. This museum works to protect the ancestral culture, reinforcing the identity of the original peoples.

In the evening you will have dinner in a funy “Peña” (Local restaurants with traditional meals, live folklore music and dancing).

Day 6  – Salta

HUMAHUACA RAVINE TOUR – PRIVATE SERVICE WITH GUIDE.

The journey leaves from Salta, but really begins once arrived to Purmamarca Village where time will be enough to observe the Seven Colored Hill, the Church and the Craft Market on the square, and a small walk along its narrow streets. We visit Uquía and its church, where the paintings of the Arcabuceros Angels (important vestige in the zone of the Cuzqueña School) are kept. Arrival to Humahuaca will be at noon; this town has an important Church and the Independence Monument (the Indian) of the sculptor Soto Avendaño. After lunch we´ll observe, from the route, La Paleta del Pintor (Painter’s Palette) framing the town of Maimara. We continue to San Salvador de Jujuy. Return to Salta.

Day 7 – Salta – Cafayate

In the morning you will be taken to Cafayate, located 3 hours 30 minutes away from Salta Airport. Private service with guide.

On our way to Cayafate, we will reach Quebrada de las Conchas (the Shell´s Gorge), where wind and water erosion carved curious shapes on the rocks (The Amphitheater, Devil´s throat, The Toad, The Castles, among others).

Day 8 – Cafayate

FULL DAY ROUTE OF THE HIGH ALTITUDE WINE IN COLOME WINERY. PRIVATE SERVICE WITH GUIDE.

Colomé is the oldest commercial winery, not only in the Salta province, but in all of Argentina. It was founded in 1831 by the last royal governor of Salta, Nicolás Severo de Isasmedi; A few years later, one of his daughters married a member of the Dávalos family, and his descendants kept the winery in operation for 170 years. In 2001 it was bought by the Swiss Donald and Úrsula Hess, who renewed the property. Visiting Colomé is entering a universe that combines history, technology and art.

Located in the high Calchaquí Valleys at 2,300 metres above the sea, some 25 km away from the historic town of Molinos (Province of Salta in the north of Argentina). Next to the Winery are the Founder’s House, the James Turrell Museum and the Visitor Center.

To get there, you will take RN 40 and then RP 53, which goes west. Once in the winery, the plantations are visited while a guide explains the winemaking process, which include grapes from the highest vineyards in the world, located in Payogasta, at 3,111 meters above sea level.

After lunch, in the afternoon visit the James Turrell Museum, a 1700 square meter space unique in the world, dedicated to the modern work of this American artist, who works almost exclusively with light as a creative element. The works of art represent five decades of the artist’s track record, displayed in a time tunnel. The experience is sensorily amazing for what the art conveys and due to the natural environment surrounding the museum.

James Turrell (California, 1943) is an internationally acclaimed light and spaceartist whose work can be found in collections worldwide. For more than fourdecades, he has created striking works that play with perception and theeffect of light within a given space. His fascination with the phenomena oflight is related to his personal, inward search for humankind’s place in theuniverse. Influenced by his Quaker upbringing, which he characterizes ashaving a “straightforward, strict presentation of the sublime”, Turrell’s art prompts greater self-awareness and discipline regarding silent contemplation,patience, and meditation.
