The lower city tour begins at Itapagipe Peninsula with panoramic views of Vale Avenue and the traditional neighborhood of Ribeira, then a visit is made at the famous Senhor do Bonfim church. Continue to the Montserrat Fort, Boa Viagem beach, Lacerda elevator (a traditional monument of the city) and a quick stop for shopping at the Mercado Modelo, the largest craft center of Bahia.
