Overnight in Pereira.DAY 2 RISARALDA/COFFEE REGION (Interactive Coffee Process Finca del Café)
Breakfast
Assistance and transfer in private service from the hotel to “Finca del Café” a farm located at the municipality of Santa Rosa de Cabal in Risaralda. Once in the farm, with the company of a local expert you will explore the special coffee plantations and you will learn all about the coffee process: the sowing, the selective manual harvest and the decoupled.Then, you will toast some coffee grains in a wood stove in the kitchen of a typical peasant house, this is an authentic coffee experience. The tour continues through different stations with viewpoints to admire the beautiful landscape and the natural environment while you enjoy a cup of coffee.
Finally, you will observe the innovative process of coffee drying and you will finish drinking a coffee lemonade in the principal house of the farm. Time to take an included typical lunch and transfer to return to the hotel.

Assistance and transfer in private service to Cocora Valley enjoying the beautiful landscape. First, you will have a welcome cocktail “Canelazo”; with the assistance of a specialist eco-guide you will be ready to start the introduction to the natural reserve of Cocora. Then, you will go to the fog’s forest, a place to admire the biodiversity of fauna and flora. There, you will find the highest wax palm of the world and you will connect with the earth doing a special ritual planting some palms. Then, you will go to the typical village of Salento where you will have a walking tour to visit its colonial streets, craft workshops and the principal viewpoint. Time to take an included typical lunch and transfer to return to the hotel.
