SIB Operation: 01 September to 31 March, except holy Friday, December 25 and January 1. Subject to weather conditions. In Low season (Begins in 01 April until 31 August), the navigation operates Sunday and a few days of the week depending on the demand.
From Puerto Bories, boat navigation begins through “Última Esperanza” Fjord; a breathtaking journey where Mount Balmaceda is sighted, beautiful mountains, waterfalls, estancias and Patagonian avifauna. A little before noon we visit the Serrano Glacier, an impressive thaw lagoon that can be explored on foot in the middle of its ice tunnels and the dazzling rays of sunlight reflected in its crystalline surface. At around 1:00 pm, we return to the Perales Tourist Ranch, one of the most beautiful in Patagonia, to enjoy a menu that offers charcoal, grilled lamb, chicken with natural potatoes, salads, dessert and wine or drink. After lunch, we will continue on a boat through the Serrano River towards the Torres del Paine National Park. In this tour you will be able to appreciate the Cordillera Paine and an abundant flora and fauna. The crossing ends at around 4:00 p.m. on arrival at the pier of the Hotel del Paine, located in the Pueblito del Serrano sector in Torres del Paine.
