Few sites in Costa Rica inspire more respect and admiration than the Arenal Volcano. Sometimes lava can be seen flowing from its interior and, if Mother Nature permits, you will have the pleasure of seeing a spectacular eruption. However, often the peak will be covered by clouds. On the way to La Fortuna, a stop is made in Sarchi, the country’s most famous artisan, crafts and souvenir town. As the trip continues, we will go through diverse plantations with agricultural products, ornamental plants and cattle ranches.
Lunch is taken in a restaurant strategically located in order not to miss any volcanic activity. After lunch and before the visit to the thermal hot springs, a visit to the Arenal Lake is made. Relaxing in the thermal springs is next. After dinner, return trip to the capital city. Departure time: approximately 9:00 am. Includes entrance fees, lunch and dinner. Length of tour: 12 hours.
