SURFING

The Guatemalan Pacific Ocean is one of the best and most consistent places to surf, the best being Sipacate, El Paredon, Chaperico, offering 300 km of black volcanic sand beaches. Its relatively straight side in the Pacific indicates that the best waves are near the mouths of the rivers, the piers and the jetties.
