Optional: Half day visit of Karen Blixen with or without lunch
Visit to Karen Blixen’s house, then visit the giraffe center. All lovers of the book (and film) “Out of Africa” will enjoy visiting what was the house of the baroness, during the years she stayed in Africa. In this house on the outskirts of Nairobi you can see the period furniture and utensils that once belonged to the author. We can also share the wonderful views of the farm and old coffee plantations. The Giraffe Center is a project for the protection and conservation of the Rothschild’s Giraffe, which is endangered and visible in Kenya only in Lake Nakuru National Park and Lake Baringo. During this beautiful visit you can pet the giraffes and even feed them.

Breakfast at the hotel and departure to the Rift Valley, crossing Lake Naivasha and Longonot Volcano, arriving in time for lunch at the Lodge. Afternoon photo safari to Lake Nakuru National Park, a sanctuary for black and white rhinos and Rotschild’s giraffes, as well as one of the best places in East Africa to see the elusive Leopard. Return to the Lodge at dusk. Dinner and accommodation .

After breakfast we will head west, passing Mount Longonot and via Narok, to the Masai Mara National Reserve, arriving in time for lunch at the Hotel. Afternoon safari departure in the incredible Masai Mara National Reserve, possibly the best place in Africa to enjoy animal sightings. Dinner and accommodation .

Lunch at the Carnivore Restaurant and transfer to the Airport to board the flight to Mombasa (Flight NOT included). Arrival in Mombasa and transfer by road in English to the Diani area.
